Meilin Ehlke  0:53
Why is this beautiful? So let's support each other, to uplift each other to move forward and to be more of who we are. And this is going to happen today on the Moving To Oneness podcast. Welcome everyone. Today I have a wonderful guest sitting all the way in the Philippines. You all know I'm in Germany. So this is far way and six hours ahead of my time.

Meilin Ehlke  1:24
And a beautiful woman Jien, thank you for being here and being courageous, to move forward, to ask the universe for support, to ask me for support, and all the audience and listeners as well. Because right, we are building here a community and the energies when we come together, we all have together this one vision of understanding each other better on all levels. So today is a guided guest episode. And everyone if you're listening for the first time on those episodes, my guest can ask me anything for healing, for wisdom, for a song, maybe for dance, but it's difficult to listen to a dance, unless I sing while I do it, to uplift herself, so I can support her, the Universe, the cosmos can support her in becoming the grand and vast woman, that she is to be here on our beautiful planet. So hello, Jien, how are you today?

Jien Tumanda  2:42
Oh, hello, how are you? I'm good. I'm great and so glad to be here. Thank you, for having me here.

Meilin Ehlke  2:50
Thank you. Thank you, for being here. Yeah, I love to work in the moment. So sometimes, you know, we come already with a set of questions and suddenly when a microphone is on or you're sitting right in the in front of the person, those questions disappear. Because we hone in to really our center. And you've just done and saw that. So, for you, what arises what is in this moment, the most important question for you?

Jien Tumanda  3:24
I think I wanted to ask you, Meilin, how did you begin your spiritual journey? Because in my experience, I think I'm like a newbie in this story and just screaming to learn things and see them on a different light. But how did you start yours?

Meilin Ehlke  3:51
Uhh. Okay, thank you very much. That's an interesting question. Let me go back. I think I would love to say something before. I believe sometimes that the word spirituality is already rather confusing.

Jien Tumanda  4:06
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  4:07
Right? We're beautiful beings aware. We are very vast. We've been created 14 billion years ago. Yeah, with everything that exists, is existing, we're carrying those particles. So we have already a vast knowledge. Here on Earth, I think that came from, "Why do we, you know, start a spiritual journey? The moment I was born, the moment you were born, the moment we're born. Just by others that want to maybe take control over the 1000s of years on this planet. They decided when we're able to be spiritual, right?

Jien Tumanda  4:47
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  4:47
So, I think that has to be a prefix, understanding that you already have magic within you and that it is in a way just saying to oneself, "Uh, I'm doing this already. Oh, that's what I love to do. Oh, I've been ...," Right?

Jien Tumanda  5:07
Hmm

Meilin Ehlke  5:07
It is awareness, this observation and this discovery. I know that you're a mom.

Jien Tumanda  5:14
Hmm. Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  5:16
And so, there you're already in your power. You're at every time your child, for example, has a stomach ache or something or doesn't feel well, what do we do? We automatically,  you know, we put their heart and our heart. It's an automatic.

Jien Tumanda  5:36
That is right. Yes.

Meilin Ehlke  5:37
We don't even have to worry. If we look backwards, it's logic. If it has pain, you put right away your hand on it. Energy flows. Right?

Jien Tumanda  5:43
Right. Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  5:48
We have that in us. We don't have maybe nowadays, many of us, there are cultures that luckily still celebrate ones purpose. And I think we're relearning from them, how to kindle that. And they grew up, for example, with a bigger understanding of what gifts exists with in them. And they celebrate this gifts, they have ceremonies, they have ritual, to strengthen those gifts to give more understanding to each person. We have lost it a little bit, many of us, especially in Europe, and then the cultures that went from Europe in to many places. And so now is a fantastic time to become aware again. And in a way a little bit of a remembering but the remembering is more an experience. I you know, I don't even like using anymore the word remembering. It's it's becoming really interesting, and also the energies are different.

Meilin Ehlke  6:58
So how did I start? Thank you for asking. But before I go there, so you understand that you already carry the wisdom, it is flowing, right? Because it's our natural state.

Jien Tumanda  7:13
Right? Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  7:14
That's how we've been designed and created and every single person on this Earth. Right?

Jien Tumanda  7:23
True.

Meilin Ehlke  7:23
There is none of a difference and animals do it. A cat comes when you are sad, the dog comes when you're sick or dying, right? Children are so open, they feel the mom's emotions when they're sad. They don't even have to be in the same room. Right?

Jien Tumanda  7:39
Right.

Meilin Ehlke  7:39
And they come and make us laugh, because they know it'll switch us back into a higher vibration. Yeah, it took a while. Jien because, let's say I did a huge circle, or spiral. And everything I did in my life was important, for the moment, where I am now. So that goes back to birth. So I when I was born, I have cerebral palsy. So I had my first, you can call it a trauma, but I would say a different experience because of an accident, because of not enough oxygen in my brain. I did not know so much about that as a baby. But I already felt different than in comparison maybe to others. Or my mother reacted or people reacted differently. Because there was a visual difference within me. So that made me a little reluctant.

Meilin Ehlke  8:52
But that also gave me an interest in observing others because I wanted to learn how am I different? How do I,  why do I walk different. But that honed my craft of seeing people and how they switch. I'd also made me interested in how our body functions, how the brain functions. So I have studied that all my life. And so embodiment has become for me very important. Then let's think, connected to nature, that's the other part. So there were maybe several things next to each other. My cats, cats have always been very important in my life. Always they're comforting me. We were just talking about that when I was alone, animals where there for me. And being a lot in nature. I grew up in a small town. Once in a while in a larger city again, but somehow I always move back and forth, that I could spend a lot of time in an environment where there weren't so many humans, let's put it that way, when I would go outdoors, if it was as now in Germany or Switzerland, in the Alps.

Jien Tumanda  10:11
Hmm.

Meilin Ehlke  10:13
And so I contemplated a lot already. I always thought as a young child about how are things happening? Why are things happening? How are things growing? I was interested in the beauty of the landscape. Yeah. I had a longing to understand. Then I read books, and how it is so funny, and I bet you and others they have experienced the same. You somehow always grab the right book. Yeah, which once you read it, and it answers your questions. It gives you a new perspective. It brings you new information, it builds your curiosity. Right? So there again, you can see that we've been already doing something even though we don't know, "Oh, that's my spiritual path".

Jien Tumanda  11:18
Hmm.

Meilin Ehlke  11:19
Yeah, so then I went to the US after school, and I started a business college here in Switzerland. But then I went in the 20s to the US. And I think, where then change started first was because I was in a totally different environment. I wanted to learn more about my father's side, he's American, and his culture, very much more open then in Germany, right? We we've been so was struck for 1000s of years. The US hasn't. And they in the US, I think they have learned to build and work with each other, and support each other. So then, that changed me also in the inside, it started opening me up. I think that was it.

Meilin Ehlke  12:10
And then there was a funny story. I wanted to learn karate, I loved also ballet, and I went to the woman who was teaching the class and I said, "You know, I have cerebral palsy, but I always wanted to learn karate". I've been always interested because of my name, about China and Japan, Asia anyway. "But I can't move like everyone else do you mind if I come and join the class?" And she said, "No, I don't, please join us". That again, opened a huge mountain. Where I had experienced in my life before, "Oh, no, you don't walk correctly, you can't do ballet, you will never get there with... You know, my movement restrictions", because the teachers, they wanted to have already students that one day maybe would become the most famous. And so, I had that limitation and things are changing now. But that was, you know, 40-45 years ago. Now looking back, I remember she was a Native American, I also became friends with her. So, I started with the martial arts. So, I again, learned what my body can do. I also learned through the martial arts, the source because again, I was interested, where does it come from? How energy moves through me? So, this is important, and that I'm able with practice to do it. Yeah?

Jien Tumanda  12:10
Hmm

Meilin Ehlke  12:16
And I wanted to, because I have a shorter leg, I thought, I'll cut my leg and extend it. You can cut the bone and let it grow together and you have an extended leg. Luckily, I didn't do it, in the last moment, I said, "No". And I found a whole new path through chiropractic and Rolfing to learn about my body and to experience healing, physical healing on my body again. And this opened up again, many many questions. So then, I went on this journey of learning how this feels within the body. And then the next thing you know, I learned more with the Koreans about Yoga and TAO. They taught anyway, that the energy flows through your body and it goes out. And there I noticed how energy was flowing and what my influence was on other people and the response they had to this energy. So I've started to learn, not just through my body, but also through how people reacted to me. This is I think, the most important, because I don't see or hear. I don't have a dialogue with someone. I'm a direct translator. Right? So that was missing. Like others see images and they talk about it. And so then with my cats, I know it's a long story. [Chuckle]

Jien Tumanda  15:06
Ha, ha.

Meilin Ehlke  15:08
But you see how complex it goes together and I studied landscape architecture in the meantime. So very immersed in nature and how does nature function? How can you restore it? Does it need restoration at all? Are we the ones disturbing it? Right? A lot of questions. How does the psychologic effect of a space work on human beings? Right? Because we use a space or animals. So, there I brought these things all back together. And then I mentioned also the cats. So, for my thesis at the end, I wrote about cats how to design a garden or the inside of a house, so it fits the behavior of you as a person, and cats. So again, I brought this together.

Meilin Ehlke  15:57
And when I lived then in Atlanta, and I had gone through all these other physical healings myself and experiencing other people's. My cat wanted to die, when it was going on my wedding with a bell of eight months. "No, you can't", I told her. I said, "you can't die when I'm gone". She had lived with me 17 years. So, by that time, 18 years, she has been my companion and we've lived in five countries together. And I had read a book prior and again, when you when you follow your instinct, I had picked a book where a woman was speaking about shamanic journeys with animals. And I remember I had sat and cried so often reading all of her stories. So, I called her. And she said, "Yeah, tomorrow I can do a journey with you. And so she did a journey and talk to the cat in whatever way and told the cat please to wait to die. Because it was the first time I had heard or thought really kick in. So that's why it had shocked me. And my cat decided not to die. She told me she would wait. And she even waited for the birth of my child. And then she passed. But this impacted me so. How can you communicate, and I wanted to learn any way. Others were speaking to cats and animals and I wanted to see how that functions. So this brought me also on the journey of shamanism more for animals.

Meilin Ehlke  17:30
And then later when I moved to Germany, I did it for people right, luckily I met a fascinating man, an American teaching us here. And I'm still learning from him his ancient, ancient wisdom. Where it supports me with is this wisdom, this ancient wisdom. How can we become old? How can we be so vast to understand everything existing? So the right people Jien, came always into my life.

Jien Tumanda  18:05
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  18:05
And there are so many more stories to add. But you see that our life is a journey already. And it is at the moment where you start making those small decisions, what becomes more important and to take the time to sense and figure out what is your style of listening. So through the education and also I learned through the Africans more about my channeling. People, beings, entities channeled through me physically, I change. I was talking about that I limp, but when I dance sometimes these beings or become them, I don't limp. No one would know I have cerebral palsy.

Meilin Ehlke  18:51
So again, it says, "Wow, what can our body do when we put different energies together? So you see, every single moment, it doesn't matter if it goes down and you're sad and you feel devasted. Yeah, I had an accident once, I had a boulder, I don't know bigger than my couch on me. In that moment though, I learned that I can be one with that rock and it didn't smoosh me. Right? I am still there, nothing crushed. I think it even improved something in my body. And I learned that I'm connected to all. Because I had to be found. I was all the way up there in the mountain. No one knew where I was. So I had to learn in that moment, under pressure, to use all my gifts and to say okay, "I'm here" to whoever was going to find me. And to use the telepathically, to dictate their actions, or at least or to switch something.

Meilin Ehlke  19:53
Then making the decisions. That's then the other thing that is important, slowly your environment has to adjust So even on that journey, when I started with a radio show six years ago, I asked my son, he was eight at that time, it was over seven years ago, right? Time flies, you know. "Am I gonna do that show? Should I do for how long? Or how often? Once a month, or four times, because then you have to go to bed and be quiet, you will be by yourself and it has to be quiet". And he said, "Oh, yes, ma'am. Do it four times." I asked, "Why"? "So, more people can hear you, and you can heal more people", he replied. And I thought, "Oh, my God". Sew that's where you interact with others, and share your ideas of your life. So they can become part of it. And I think, especially as a mom, the more we bring in our children and tell them what we love to do, they have a vast understanding of us. In a way, my son even supported this and he still does it. "Mama one day when I'm big. I'm going to help you heal", he said. This gives you a self-confidence. And the self-confidence that when you always do what you think is right. You suddenly say, "Oh my god, I have this and that. Oh, and I can do this and that". Yeah. So I hope my awkward way because it wasn't like a traumatic way, it started at birth. You see that we're all on our journey, the moment we're born.

Jien Tumanda  21:41
Yeah. Absolutely, that is correct.

Meilin Ehlke  21:47
But share with everyone and also with me, What do you desire? What do you desire now yourself to create, after you've heard this? What thoughts came to you?

Jien Tumanda  22:02
Um, I think I want, like you were saying, be aware of my surrounding, nature, people around me. You know, just to connect, and to feel gratitude, and love all around me.  Thank you. Thank you for sharing that.

Meilin Ehlke  22:29
Yeah, so you have a lot of love in you. So for you, it's really, it's funny. Wherever you are, people will feel comfortable. You have a way of exuding love and light. And for me light is a vibration and you uplift people. And maybe you have noticed that, so maybe if you remember a moment when you stepped into a room or start remembering all the stories what people tell you when they're connected with you how they feel.

Jien Tumanda  23:05
Hmm. Oh, yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  23:07
Yeah now your face really gets bright.

Jien Tumanda  23:07
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  23:14
We are not taught that this is important.

Jien Tumanda  23:18
True.

Meilin Ehlke  23:18
And it is, but this is already, for me, I think that is the most beautiful and healing. Let's say what is healing? Healing is raising the vibration. Right? Expanding so that particles can fly freely in their own rhythm. On this planet it is very dense. It's switching right now, that is why the enlightenment is happening now. The energies flow smother, it's getting wider. So whatever is created in the non-material can materialize faster here on this planet and to hold this. You also hold vibration. That means you work with it, even not knowing that you do. You do it in your sleep. You do it while you wash clothes, or dishes, or when you talk. And if I sense it correct, you are here, you're more of an idealist. You want to see a beautiful world. So, you are someone who supports?

Jien Tumanda  24:00
Hmm.

Meilin Ehlke  24:21
Yeah, so after a while after you've supported enough you're gonna say, "what can I create?" And create a community where we can support each other and support more intensely, the uprise of everyone to live their natural state.

Jien Tumanda  24:52
And for you, what's the best for you to increase your vibration? For your energy?

Meilin Ehlke  24:58
For me, I sit in the sun. Yeah, then there are rituals. I bet in the Philippines you also have many wise people, where you look at the ancient ways. And I think that is an important because they know how to speed things up. The energies again, speeding up, we have the star nations coming supporting us speeding things up. We are remembering or not even remember, we're finding in our own cultures now also the people that carry still this knowledge and share it. Right?

Meilin Ehlke  25:38
One important thing is food. It's a little bit more difficult because our food is not so rich anymore as it was, let's say 50 years ago, right? Many animals, that if you do eat meat, already because how they're treated, or what medication they gotten, or what food they gotten, it's not so clean. So, if you have organic, I don't know in the Philippines, you probably have a better source. Right?

Jien Tumanda  26:05
Yes. Right.

Meilin Ehlke  26:09
It's more fresh. Your animals walk around a lot. This is a very beautiful thing. People here Germany want that, again, they have to fight now the big governments that we can have, again, this simple way of of farming again, and not just this mass production, and that it's valued. So, the food observing in your body, what foods you do not like and listen to your children. It's important I've learned now looking back 15 years on my son, he always knew what was not good for him. And he found his own way of eating. He eats in a totally different rhythm than for example, my husband or me. We're three people, we all have our own and sometimes it interacts but we stay open enough, so we can understand we all have different metabolism, different activities, different sensitivities. So, let them choose they will tell you. Their body knows and they know.

Meilin Ehlke  27:13
You know, he knew really well. He didn't like meat and he also likes to separate his food. He doesn't like to mix only some things and then he just eats it this way. Or he doesn't eat breakfast. He started it automatically. But he need then to make his lunches the biggest meal. So, he has his own rhythm that works very well with him where he can be the most productive. So, I noticed that in him.

Meilin Ehlke  27:44
Yeah, no numbing, I think many people numb themselves. So, what is a way to numb? To maybe to drink too much alcohol. You can have here and there...

Jien Tumanda  27:57
Hm.

Meilin Ehlke  27:57
... if you do celebrations. Or sip some wine were it becomes a medicine. Right? If you drink, like I barely drink I can't stay smart, I feel alcohol change my whole body really quick and the connectivity disappeared.

Jien Tumanda  28:01
Hmm.

Meilin Ehlke  28:02
Again the foods. Rest. You maybe live closer to the ocean. So, what is really nice is going into the ocean. And everyone who doesn't live at an ocean, go into a bathtub with salt. It takes out stagnant energy and raises your vibration. Especially if you have children Jien, put them in the bathtub sometimes with salt and they calm down, because children take a lot of energies away from us adults. So, especially in schools and kindergarten and then we can sleep much better. Rest. So, you know when to rest.

Jien Tumanda  29:02
Hm.

Meilin Ehlke  29:03
And then the other is to go and connect with everything that exists in a way. You could do it in a meditation, some people meditate. Some people use a drum, because the drum changes our frequency very, very fast. That's a very ancient utensil or tool right?

Jien Tumanda  29:26
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  29:26
It's almost in every country you have drums. I'm not a big drummer. For me, I can just sit in nature and boom I sense and I feel. I want to feel the ground. So, maybe in practice of feeling your surrounding, being aware where the floor, the ground, what moves below you. Right? What's in the ground? What's in the Sky? To feel it, close your eyes. What is there? Do you feel the wind? Connecting with the wind .

Jien Tumanda  30:00
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  30:00
Sometimes something simple like touching a plant and feeling it. One other person or your child. I mean, I think I had some fascinating connections and sensations when I was lying with my child in my arm. Because they come in your arm and boom you're somewhere else.

Meilin Ehlke  30:09
Also what raises your vibration is going to bed early enough. So, what do I mean with that? Many people go to bed and fall asleep right away. That means you're overtired, your body should have about a 20 minute falling asleep phase, in the phase, we heal. Our own body heals, it knows its own. And in that time, you also can create already for your future, that's when you can dictate. You know, when you are in that state, when you're lying in your bed, but you can't move, but you're awake in a way, because your brain is still thinking and you're observing that your bed but you can't move. Then you know that you're in this deanimated state, where you heal, and everything goes into the vibration at once.

Jien Tumanda  30:58
Hm.

Meilin Ehlke  31:21
Dancing for me, I dance a lot. So, everyone can find ways. A lot of people say in ritual, because so you lose your thoughts. But I believe if we're more aware that we're part of everything the worries, and those thoughts disappear, right, because we create experiences. So fun, is also very important thing to move and stay in a higher vibration.

Jien Tumanda  31:53
Oh, and laughing.

Meilin Ehlke  31:54
Laughing, genau.

Jien Tumanda  32:00
It's always the fast way.

Meilin Ehlke  32:02
Yeah.

Jien Tumanda  32:04
And sometimes I think when I'm in the shower, like you can just feel the water rushing in. I think it raises my energies. So good.

Meilin Ehlke  32:15
Yes. Water does exactly that. We're disconnected often from the magnetic fields. You can observe, I'm using your children again, because you also got young ones, a one year one.

Jien Tumanda  32:27
Yeah.

Meilin Ehlke  32:28
When they run outside, they run around and they don't walk following the path. They follow the energy lines in the ground. And maybe you've noticed it too. We just train ourselves to stay on the path. But really, we wouldn't need the path. Animals in the woods or on a meadow, you can see they also create the paths. They follow energy lines. Because we would move easier. It provides a force for us, so that we don't need to use our own energy. We move with the energies of the planet. Very fascinating. And so we have maybe wood, many people have wood in their homes now or carpet, plastic carpets, then you're not connected to the magnetic field. So, walk barefoot a lot if you can, outside. Asphalt is also a barrier. The plastic on our shoes, right? Then we're not connected, it is a barrier between the connection.

Meilin Ehlke  33:27
So, when you're in the shower, this helps. A lot of people have good thoughts because they can just feel it flow. If you need it quicker, wash your hands under running water. With COVID that has been a great thing. I think that's why we're so in tune because we spend so much time with water so often. During the day there's always a tiny uplift. You feel good right away after you've washed your hands. So use natural soap.

Meilin Ehlke  33:58
Also observe what clothing you wear. Your home, that your home is beautiful. Less is good. And then whatever you have, that each object in your house feeds you, provides healing to you. Because every object in your house is energy Any clothing, that you feel good in your clothing. Even if you put a lipstick on. It has to do something with you. It has to brighten you up. This is all vibration.

Meilin Ehlke  34:28
So, our whole life is to look here and there and not only create a single moment where we say we raise our vibration, if that helps.

Jien Tumanda  34:38
Hm. Hm. Great, great knowledge, great wisdom. Thank you for that.

Meilin Ehlke  34:44
Let's see if there's a song to provide everyone to become more aware of how to stay in, and move again if you've dropped a little bit you can feel it into a higher vibration. Ah, yeah. Here he comes. It's a fun song.

Meilin Ehlke  35:02
Song...

Jien Tumanda  35:03
That was a beautiful.

Meilin Ehlke  35:24
That on was funny.

Jien Tumanda  35:35
It was beautiful, Thank you.

Meilin Ehlke  35:40
What was funny is, that there was mama in there. And again, the word mama, ma is a very ancient sound, it's one of those sacred sounds. So using vocabulary that is beautiful. Helps. Right?

Jien Tumanda  35:57
Hm. Hm. Absolutely.

Meilin Ehlke  35:58
Observe what you say to others. Teach others how to speak, your children. Find other words, different ways to express and be in community and share yourself with others. We've been pulled apart, that's not the our natural state. So, together, you know, becoming one, that is where we also can be the best who we are, and feel supported by others. And we support them to be the best who they are. And that again, you feel, uff. Because everyone is seen, you're seen, they're seen. And you'll notice that with your children and your partner. You'll see if you see them, and you compliment in a compliment. Not that you say things that are not true, but you acknowledge what beautiful thing just happened or how it made you feel. That raises the vibration too.

Meilin Ehlke  36:08
And it makes you feel stay open to what comes and what you need to do next. Because our life is our spiritual path, and you're going to do more and more anyway, going back to the first question of what you love, what you're best in. And that will envelop and it'll become more and more part in your life and what you're creating in the future for others.

Jien Tumanda  37:35
Yes.

Meilin Ehlke  37:41
Did that all help?

Jien Tumanda  37:43
Yes, absolutely.

Meilin Ehlke  37:45
Yeah.

Jien Tumanda  37:46
Yes. A lot of wisdom in there.

Meilin Ehlke  37:50
I'm happy. Yeah, that was a loaded question.

Jien Tumanda  37:54
It was, it was.

Meilin Ehlke  37:57
But I think the energies did flow throughout to you and everyone. There where many who were asking this question, and so that you support it with your presence again, many others and by asking the questions. And everyone, I encourage you, ask other people about them, as your partner about them, ask your children about them. Let me share something you don't know.  Because we come a little bit with filters we've been trained to be very judgmental. Right? If we go to oneness,  there is no judgment. Yeah, the only things that judge are humans judging each other or worth, ourselves. So, observe how it's out there in the world. Let them feel good. And put on your listening cap. And just be there and feel it and let them talk for a while. And they will share what they want and more and more deeply within. Right? Especially children, if you give them time or playing time. Or when they're happy, they'll share so much more and they have fun. And that is just precious, I think when we see each other here on this earth.

Yeah, beautiful.
